“Las Clases de Mami Cruz,” a virtual instructional class to recreate the dishes of my great grandmother Cruz María Wilson Muñiz Santos. This series of classes will be on Friday’s. Classes start January 14th til January 28th at 6pm Central Time (3 Weeks). Learn and cook along with Chef Roberto Pérez in an interactive format. Your ingredient list will be provided a week before class. Follow along using fresh, easy to source ingredients while staying within a budget.
