“Raíces de Nuestra Comida, Caribbean Cooking Classes” are a virtual instructional classes in tribute to root vegetables. This series of classes will be on Friday’s. Classes start February 11th til February 25th at 6pm Central Time (3 Weeks). Learn and cook along with myself in an interactive format. Your ingredient list will be provided a week before class. Follow along using fresh, easy to source ingredients while staying within a budget. Spaces are limited.
